Andy Sriubas – Bluffton, South Carolina
Bio: Andy was Chief Commercial Officer of OUTFRONT Media (NYSE: OUT) until January 2025, responsible for the company’s strategic direction. This included oversight of the company’s partnerships, product org, digital operations, client platform experience and corporate & business development, as well as the company’s significant municipal and real estate relationships. Andy started at OUTFRONT in 2014 as EVP, Strategy & Development before being elevated to CCO in 2017. Andy and his team developed the industry’s ultramodern data-science toolset for audience identity and categorization, embedding distinct insight into the company’s standard and programmatic workflows while opening out-of-home media to adtech’s digital channels.
Prior to joining OUTFRONT, Andy served as the Chief of Strategy, Operations & Corporate Development for Sonifi Solutions, a leading provider of video programming, advertising and infrastructure to the hospitality and healthcare industries. A 25-year veteran of the investment banking industry, Andy held Managing Director roles at JPMorgan, UBS, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he provided strategic advice to, and raised capital for, Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry clients. Andy was a lead architect of the digital distribution network for the US movie theatre industry as well as a satellite deployed video and broadband entertainment system for the hospitality industry. He and his team also developed the contemporary feature-film securitized financing strategies that raised $ billions of risk-weighted capital for Hollywood’s studios.
Andy serves as a director on the Media Rating Counsel’s board, the US gov’t sanctioned entity which audits audience measurement methodologies and sets standards for the advertising industry. Andy serves as a private board member for each of Siprocal, Inc. (gaming, mobile, CTV technology) and Chaching.me (transformational e-commerce). He served as a board member of Argus Capital (NASDAQ: ARGU), Seachange International (NASDAQ: SEAC) a premium video delivery technology provider to the broadband industry; and Nanoscent Labs (digital scent detection) in Haifa, Israel. He is an advisor to and an investor in several emerging technology companies, Palisades Growth (a venture capital / growth fund), and the Jack Kemp Foundation 501(c)3. Andy was a member of the leadership counsel of the Washington Commanders Foundation for many years, focused on underprivileged children in the DC area; and is currently active with Big Sky Bravery, aiding elite US military operators.
Why: I have had the privileges of travel, experience, and friendships. The part that stands out most of all is how education fuels everything. Education unlocks access to the oncoming age of abundance where technology will enable a massive lift to all populations. Preparing everyone to benefit from this tremendous opportunity drove me to this team and this cause.
